Meeting the demands of PET processing units by laying emphasis on injection stretchblow moulds both for integrated process (Single Stage) and separate process (Two stages). Our strengths are qualified man power, appropriate machinery and sourcing the right raw materials. Special Grades of steel and aluminium from ASSAB Sweden and Buderus Germany are used and surface treatments are carried out strictly per the manufacturer guidelines.
Processing of PET
In addition to the development of moulds, if required, we also take care of the production of Preforms, Bottles and Jars. We believe that Quality can not be achieved by accident but only through dedicated conscious efforts coupled with technical expertise. For this purpose, we ensure that the correct blends of polymers are used for the process in advanced automated environment.
